We will gladly refund (credit card purchases) or issue an in-store credit (personal check, cashiers check or money order purchases) on any unopened product within 30 days of purchase. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Products returned must be sealed, and in original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt. Credit card refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks of our receipt of the returned product(s). Products offered with Free Shipping will be credited less $5.00. Cancelled orders are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee. Eligible returns paid for by check or money order will be issued an in-store credit as we do not issue refund checks. If a product is denoted as guaranteed, only one opened product will be eligible for refund. Opening more than one bottle implies satisfaction and no refund will be applied.

SlimStore.com ships Monday through Friday using the following shipping guidelines:

Orders Shipped Outside the US will be charged an
additional $20.00 for shipping.

Domestic Health Supplement orders: Applicable on orders that are shipped within the United States and its territories. Domestically, we ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery Time: Most orders are usually shipped within 48 hours (weekend and holidays excluded), provided that items ordered are in stock. Most packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Note: If you are paying by check or money order, we cannot process your order until payment is received.

Health Supplement Product Availability: Occasionally, unexpected shortages and manufacturer's out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, unexpected inventory demands, bad weather, etc. Unfortunately, SlimStore.com cannot predict when this will occur. We make every effort to be in stock. When out-of-stocks do occur, your regular order will be processed without delay with notification of any item(s) not shipped.
