between meals on while on Day 2. |

How The Diet Works
The
diet works on a chemical breakdown and is proven
effective. The menu is to be used 3 consecutive days.
Fluid consumption is important. Drink 8 glasses of water
each day. You may have all the coffee, tea, sugar-free
Kool-Aide, Crystal Light, and water that you like.
Artificial sweetener and lemon juice may be used. Do not
drink any sodas or carbonated beverages during the 3 day
diet. The carbonation will slow down the chemical
breakdown.
In 3 days you can lose up
to 10 pounds. After 3 days of dieting you may eat normal
foods for the next 4 days – but do not overdo it.
Recommended calories on your 4 days off: Men 1700-2000
calories per day, Women: 1400-1600 calories per day.
After 4 days of sensible eating, start back on your 3
day diet.
As with any diet
please consult your physician or pharmacist.
* Individual weight loss
may vary; most people will lose up to 10 pounds in 3

Diet
Tips
It is important that you drink 64 oz
of water each day. Fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables
are best. You may choose from either lowfat or fat free
items. Bake, broil, boil, or grill your foods, do not
fry. The order that you eat the foods in each day is up
to you. Instead of leaving foods off the diet, use the
substitution list. You may use 2 tbsp. of fat free milk
in your coffee as creamer. Do not use sugar or sugar
sweetened creamers. Shake-on seasonings may be used.
